Each year, Omnicom invests millions in professional development for our agency leaders through Omnicom University. Founded in 1995, OU claims more than 3,500 global alumni. In 2012, Janet Riccio succeeded Tom Watson as Dean of Omnicom University. Janet noted, “OU gives our leaders a chance to rethink, reboot and refresh – and during these times of rapid change in our industry, it’s important they have those opportunities”.
Omnicom University is considered one of the pre-eminent management development programs in the industry. The format is based on the HBS case study method and is led by professors from Harvard Business School, China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) in China and IESE Business School in Spain.
